Q: Do you list houses or buy them outright?

A: We want to buy your house. We are not trying to list your house. Because we buy houses. If your house meets our buying criteria then we’ll quickly give you a fair cash offer to purchase your property.


We have licensed agents on our team. And they can list your house if that is what you are looking for. However, we are looking to buy houses with cash. Using cash enables us to buy your house fast because we do not have to go ask a bank for a loan.


Q: Do you pay fair prices for properties? 


A: Yes. If we did not pay a fair price, then no one would ever sell us their house.


Many of the houses we buy need some repairs or updating. And our crews will take care of all the things that need fixing or repairing or remodeling.


If your place needs thousands in repairs, we will not be able to give you top dollar. But we can give you a fair and reasonable offer. Then you can decide if our offer works for you and your situation.


We work hard at crafting an offer that will meet your needs.


Q: How do you determine a property’s value and how much you will be able to offer?


A: Well, it’s a very basic process. We have to look at where the house is located. Then we have to see what repairs are needed if any. What is the current condition of the property? What are the values of comparable houses recently sold in the neighborhood?


We take many pieces of information into consideration… and come up with a fair price that works for us and works for you too. 


Q: Are there any fees or commissions to work with you?


A: This is what makes us stand out from the traditional method of selling your house: There are NO fees or commissions when you sell your house to us. We’ll make you an offer, and if it’s a fit then we’ll buy your house (and we’ll often pay for the closing costs too!). No hassle. No fees.


We make our money after we pay for repairs on the house (if any) and sell it for a profit (we’re taking all of the risks here on whether we can sell it for a profit or not, once we buy the house from you… the responsibility is ours and you walk away without the burden of the property and its payments… and often with cash in your hand).


Q: How are you different from realtors or other companies?


A: We offer options. We are not like the realtor next door. We know that one method of selling isn’t applicable in all situations. We understand the local market and the need to give people faster ways to sell their property. Many people don’t realize the options available!


Agents list properties and hope that someone will come along who wants the house and can be approved for a loan to buy it. That process may take 2 months or it could take over 12 months.


On the other hand, we can give you an all-cash offer in 1-2 days to buy your house. Then we can close in as little as 14 days or once when title clear. Most real estate agents think that is impossible. Since we pay with cash, we can close without needing a bank’s approval.


Brokers and agents will charge you a commission. But we will not charge you any fees or commissions. We make money later after we buy houses and repair them or update them.

A: You will have zero obligation when you give us information about your property and zero obligation to accept the offer we give you. After we give you our offer then we’ll answer any questions you may have. After that…it’s your decision. We won’t hassle you or pressure you. We treat people like we would want to be treated. So we do not harass people. 


We do work hard to create an offer that works for both you and us. We want our offer to help you get out of a tough situation. We buy property in “As Is” condition. So once we buy your house, all it’s problems and difficulties are ours and you no longer have to worry about them.
